We are an expanding Latino-Based Fraternity with eight chapters at: San Jose State, University of Southern California, Fresno State, University of Nevada Las Vegas, Sacramento, UC Irvine, Cal State Fullerton, and our newest chapter at UC Riverside. Brought together by our common blood, we pride ourselves in our brotherhood and dedication to our values. We strive to create a deeply relationship with our fellow brothers, and the bond we all share goes beyond our university days. Our Five Purposes
Brothers of Sigma Delta Alpha direct their actions to achieving our Five Purposes:
- To support each other academically, socially, and personally.
- To encourage the promotion and retention of Latinos and other underrepresented groups at institutions of higher learning.
- To work with other organizations and our community.
- To promote Latino culture to the community.
- To conduct ourselves so as to cast a positive light upon the Fraternity, ourselves, and our community.

The Multicultural Greek Council at the University of California, Irvine serves to govern, monitor and coordinate member organizations and to provide a means through which the organizations will employ a united and constructive approach to Greek Campus Life. The Multicultural Greek organizations come together to better serve the UC Irvine campus and its multicultural community through our collaboration, leadership, and involvement. The council convenes to create a harmonious working relationship amongst member organizations and to foster and support the cultural enrichment of the community.
